Partners, David M. Paris, Alan Genitempo, Daniel R. Bevere and Todd M. Galante, of Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo’s litigation section have been named 2024 Super Lawyers. Partner, Alex A. Pastore, of the firm’s family law section has been selected to the 2024 Super Lawyers: Rising Stars.
Paris, the firm’s senior litigator, has been selected in the category of Plaintiff’s Medical Malpractice, for 17 years. Bevere, has been selected the past 12 years in the category of General Litigation, Genitempo has been selected in the Category of Employment and Labor and Galante has been selected in the category of Creditor Debtor Rights for 14 years.
Paris and Bevere are Certified Civil Trial Attorneys by the New Jersey Supreme Court and have successfully represented injured clients in severe personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability cases. They also represent clients in estate, corporate and commercial disputes. Together, they have over 70 years of experience litigating in the trial courts of New Jersey.
Genitempo, a partner of the firm, has been with the firm for over 36 years. He specializes in labor and employment law, and has tried many cases in courts throughout New Jersey. He also currently serves as the Municipal Judge for the Township of Nutley.
Galante, who joined the firm in June 2017, has over 38 years’ experience in loan workouts, litigating franchise, complex commercial, business/business divorce, and bankruptcy matters. Galante is also an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall Law School and Rutgers University – Newark, having taught Debtor/Creditor law and Remedies and various Political Science and Pre-Law courses. Paris and Galante are certified mediators.
Pastore, named as a Rising Star, practices in the firm’s family law and real estate groups. He handles a wide variety of complex matrimonial and family law matters through trial.
