FIRM WELCOMES NEW LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

The Nutley, New Jersey law firm of Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo, LLC is pleased to announce that Kathryn Kyle Forman has joined its Litigation Section as an Associate. Kathryn joins the firm after completing a year-long Clerkship for the Honorable Stephan C. Hansbury, P.J. Ch. in the Civil Part of the Law Division and in the Chancery Division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Morris County. Kathryn returns after serving the firm as a Law Clerk from 2011 to 2012.

Prior to graduating from Seton Hall Law in 2012, Kathryn interned for the trial attorneys at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Newark, and for the Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, U.S.M.J. in the United States District Court. Kathryn was a member of Seton Hall Law’s Interscholastic Moot Court Board and was a regional semi-finalist the in the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition. She also served as Student Director of the 2012 Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition, was named “Best Oral Advocate” in the 2011 Gressman Competition, published a comment on teacher performance evaluations for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, and was recognized at commencement for her “Outstanding Contribution” to the Civil Litigation Clinic at the Center for Social Justice.

Prior to attending law school, Kathryn taught Fourth and Fifth Grade as a Teach for America Corps Member in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Rutgers College with honors in 2006. Kathryn will work in a variety of civil litigation practice areas with a focus in the area of Labor and Employment Law.
