The Nutley, New Jersey Law Firm of Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo. U_C is pleased to announce that Michelle E. Smith has joined its Trusts and Estates Section as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm. Michelle practiced at the law firm of Levine DeSantis, LLC in Wilburn, NJ.

Michelle graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2007. After graduating law school she sewed as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo, P.J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County Vicinage. Following her clerkship, she began practicing in the area of family law. Michelle attended New York Law School and obtained a Masters of Law (LL M ) in Taxation in 2012. Throughout the LL M program, she focused her studies on estate tax and administration. Michelle is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Michelle interned at the Sharp Law Firm in Haddon Heights, NJ which specialized in estate planning and elder Law. She graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Delaware in 2004. Michelle will focus her practice in the areas of estate planning and administration.
