ALAN GENITEMPO APPOINTED MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF NUTLEY

The Firm of Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris and Genitempo is pleased to announce that one of their partners, and a member of the firm since 1988, has been appointed to the position of Municipal Court Magistrate-Judge for the Township of Nutley. Judge Genitempo , a graduate of Seton Hall University and New York Law School, has previously served as the Township’s Municipal Prosecutor for 12 years and as their Municipal Attorney for 8 years.

In addition to this new appointment, Alan looks forward to his continued practice with the law firm in his specialty of employment and labor law, and continuing to represent his clients, servicing their needs.
