Jack H. Sanders
Jack Sanders, who joined Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo in 2009, is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Since serving as a municipal prosecutor for the City of Chicago, he has successfully represented people in settlements, trials and appeals in civil cases including serious personal injury actions, employment cases for victims of sexual harassment, illegal discrimination, wrongful termination and whistleblower actions. At the time when Jack received his Civil Trial Certification in 2008 he was among the youngest attorneys in the State of New Jersey with the reputation, training and trial experience to receive Certification. Jack Sanders has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. In 2007, he won a verdict of $640,000 for a woman who suffered a broken wrist, was part of a trial team in a products liability trial against Ford Motor Company which resulted in a verdict of over $10.6 million dollars for an individual who suffered an injured arm, then co-tried an illegal police shooting case which resulted in a verdict of over $2 million dollars. In 2008, he settled several major sexual harassment cases and won a verdict in Ocean County of $613,000 for a woman who suffered a broken ankle. Jack Sanders has used his experience as an advocate to become a speaker for worker's rights and discrimination issues in New Jersey. Jack graduated from Rutgers University in 1998 and Loyola University School of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Illinois. He is a barrister of the American Inns of Court, an organization designed to improve the legal skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. |
