Frank J. Zinna
Frank J. Zinna has been a partner at Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo for more than three decades, specializing in complex civil and family law litigation, including the issues involved in marriage and divorce, such as pre-nuptial agreements, alimony, custodial issues, child support, distribution of property and division of debt.He also advises small businesses and municipalities and works on complex commercial real estate transactions. Zinna was appointed by New Jersey Supreme Court as Chairman of the Conference of Presiding Judges for Municipal Courts in 2004 and the New Jersey Advisory Committee on Extra Judiciary Activities in 2000. Prior to that, Zinna was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as Presiding Municipal Judge for Morris and Sussex Counties in 1993. He has also served as a municipal judge in Belleville since 1986, assistant counsel to the New Jersey State Senate from 1982 to 1986, municipal attorney in Belleville from 1979 to 1986 and attorney to the Belleville Zoning Board of Adjustment from 1974 to 1975. After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Seton Hall University Law School, cum laude, where he was also associate editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, Zinna clerked in the Essex County Superior Court and is admitted as an Attorney and Counselor of the United States Supreme Court. He joined the law firm of James M. Piro, Esq. in 1973. |
