David M. Paris, the firm's Senior Litigation Partner, addressed the American Association of Nurse Practitioners at its recent National Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. Paris, who specializes in representing patients in medical malpractice cases, presented on the topic of "Medical Malpractice from a Plaintiff's Perspective." In leaping with the Conference's theme, "Stronger Together . . . Improving Health," Paris instructed attendees on the elements of Plaintiffs' medical malpractice actions, shared information regarding the legal advice commonly given to prospective Plaintiffs, and advised attendees on preventative measures that may be taken to prevent malpractice actions. Paris drew on over thirty years of experience as atrial attorney in cases involving nursing failures, delayed diagnosis of cancers, anesthesia, orthopedic, podiatric and gastroenteric, obstetric and gynecologic malpractice, and pediatric cases involving meningitis and plagiocephaly.

Paris, a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer for Plaintiff's medical malpractice on multiple occasions. He has also been interviewed by Modern Medicine regarding how physicians can avoid malpractice claims, and by Lawyers and Settlements about medical malpractice lawsuits.
