ALEX PASTORE

The Nutley, New Jersey law firm of Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo, LLC is pleased to announce that Alex A. Pastore has joined the firm as an Associate. Alex will be representing the firm’s clients in regard to all issues of family law and residential real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked as an Associate at the firm Sills, Cummis & Gross in Newark, New Jersey focusing his practice primarily on all family law matters with an emphasis on mediation, arbitration, divorce, spousal and child support, custody and parenting time arrangements, relocation issues, prenuptial, marital and separation agreements, distribution of complex assets, domestic violence issues, and post-judgment modifications of spousal and child support, among others.

Alex began his career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John E. Selser, III., J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, Family Part, where he received extensive training and experience in all areas of family law.

Alex graduated from Widener University School of Law – Delaware. During law school, he was member of the Delaware Civil Clinic in which he represented indigent victims of domestic violence at trial. Alex graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009.

Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo is an 11 attorney firm which has been representing clients since its founding by James Piro in 1969. It represents individual, corporate and governmental clients in its general practice of law from its office located at 360 Passaic Avenue, Nutley, New Jersey.
