Richard A. Grodeck

Trial attorney Richard Grodeck joined Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo as a partner in 2009 after serving for many years as a partner at Feldman Grodeck, also in New Jersey. A certified civil trial attorney, he represents businesses in contract disputes, employment disputes and shareholder actions. His personal injury work includes workers compensation, automobile accident, slips and falls, product liability and medical malpractice. Grodeck also represents insurance agents in their licensing agreements and transportation companies regarding interstate commerce disputes. He serves on the Board of Directors of East Orange General Hospital and the Service Insurance Company. Grodeck graduated from Moravian College and Seton Hall Law School, cum laude. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the New Jersey Association for justice.
